Appointments can be made online or by calling in. The best way to book an appointment is with our 24/7 online scheduling system. We do not accept appointments by e-mail or social media. A credit card information is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. Your payment information is ONLY used to hold your reservation.

If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you cancel online at least 24 hours in advance before your scheduled appointment. This will allow us to open up the spot for someone on our wait list. If you cannot provide 24-hour cancellation notice, your credit card on file will be charged a minimum of $25 cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals:
We ask that our clients to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure time for wonderful results.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late after the scheduled time will be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists’ next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

Touch Up Services:
Please note there are NO Fix-Touch Ups AFTER 48 hours and NO refunds or exchanges for services.

If you are using a Free Groupon/Yelp Coupon for your refill please be advised that it must be scheduled no more than 2 weeks from the full set appointment. The refill appointment may not be rescheduled. If you do not show up or if you cancel your refill appointment, the coupon will be voided.

The most common cause of lash extensions faling out before the end of your natural lash cycle includes excessive touching, use of oil-based products, laying on excessive amounts of mascara (which requires excessive cleansing), and frequent exposure to heat sources such as spas, saunas, and tanning salons.

Remember to keep your lash extensions dry for at least 48 hours after application!
